Design and Orchestrate Marketing Campaigns using ACS is a 16-hour on-demand course that begins with an overview of ACS capabilities and the ACS UI. You will perform exercises working with profiles, test profiles, audiences, and marketing programs and campaigns, and execute an email delivery. Module 2 covers email deliveries in more detail, with exercises that focus on working with content templates, importing content from an external URL, defining dynamic content, and defining content in - and importing it from - Adobe Experience Manager. Subsequent modules and exercises cover: A/B testing and executing an A/B test of an email with differing subjects. Communication channels, workflows and cross-channel campaigns, executing a recurring delivery, a delivery summary report and a cross-channel campaign workflow utilizing various activities like query, exclusion and segmentation. Types of Landing pages, for example Subscription and Unsubscription, and associated services, for example, a weekly newsletter service. A high-level introduction to Transactional events and messages. An overview of administrative tasks, like defining user access, Roles, Security Groups, typologies and Templates. And multi-lingual email. To complete the exercises in this course, you will need to work within a sandbox or test environment.
