Administer and Maintain Adobe Workfront I is a 2-day instructor-led or 16-hour on-demand course that focuses on the role of the Adobe Workfront system or group administrator. This class is designed for new Workfront administrators who have been in their role for six months or less. The course focuses on initial setup, global system settings, and workflow creation in Adobe Workfront, including user creation, access levels, permissions, schedules, and notification setup. Workflow management topics include custom statuses, project templates, and custom forms. Put these workflow settings together to create a functional request queue with routing rules and queue topics. You’ll learn to create layout templates to customize the Workfront interface and help improve the user experience and adoption.

Course Details

Basic understanding of how project managers and team members use Adobe Workfront to manage and complete their work.
It is recommended that you take the following two courses, live or on demand, before proceeding:
- Worker Fundamentals in Adobe Workfront (on-demand course)
- Manage Projects with Adobe Workfront (live instructor or on-demand course)

In this course, you will learn how to:

Set up, configure, and customize Adobe Workfront based on the workflows and processes followed by the users at your organization.
Set up Workfront users with the right licenses and access levels to secure privacy and ensure data is shared with the right people.
Customize Workfront settings to support the work and project workflows and processes.
Create request queues to centralize and organize work intake, and to assign work requests.
