Business Users will be able to:

• Build foundational and advanced skills in Adobe Marketo Engage through hands-on practice. 
• Design and launch email, engagement, default, and event programs using best practices.

Administrators will be able to:

• Navigate the Admin panel and core Marketo Engage features.
• Configure user roles, permissions, workspaces, and partitions.
• Implement governance standards, naming conventions, and tag taxonomy.
• Manage compliance operations (consent, suppression, communication limits).
• Design and maintain email, engagement, and event programs.
• Integrate Marketo with third-party tools.
• Apply data hygiene best practices and operational workflows.
• Analyze program performance using reports and dashboards.
• Prepare for Marketo Engage certification through exam-aligned activities.

Architects will gain:

• Project Leadership and Change Management: Analyze case studies, requirements, process changes, and audits to identify key stakeholders and recommend project scope, resources, priorities, and an effective enablement plan.
• Marketo Engage Data Architecture Design: Assess scenarios to determine the requirements and impact of adding new technology, understand which integration types apply, and evaluate requests for capturing campaign level-level data.
• Marketo Campaign Architecture Design: Collect requirements to recommend lead qualification, lifecycle design, scoring, routing, and campaign logic; evaluate existing implementations to provide findings and scalability recommendations; and identify lifecycle stages affected by proposed changes.
• Advanced Governance: Assess scenarios and requirements to recommend governance steps, efficient data schemas, privacy compliant PII practices, improved user management, appropriate workspace/partition use, and security measures based on risk assessment, channel attribution and their trade-offs, and explain how channel, program, and tag configurations influence reporting and analytics. 
• Reporting and Attribution: Recommend reporting approaches for digital channels, validate lifecycle tracking in Marketo, identify methods for multichannel attribution and their tradeoffs, and explain how channel, program, and tag configurations influence reporting and analytics.

Cohort program for Business Users & Administrator tracks: 7 weeks
Cohort program for Architect track: 5 weeks

This cohort is designed as an integrated experience, and each component plays a critical role in your completion progress:

• Live sessions are a core part of the cohort, and attendance is expected twice a week.
  Engage in real-time learning with Adobe experts and your peers. The two interactive sessions each week are designed to help you connect, ask questions, and apply what you're learning. 
  Time commitment: 2 - 4 hours a week.
  
  
• Capstone Project & Peer Review are required for completion credit. Demonstrate mastery through a guided capstone project. Apply your learning to a real-world challenge, then exchange feedback with your peers in structured review sessions. Learners must complete the capstone project to receive cohort completion credit. 
  Time commitment: 0.5 - 1 hours a week.

• Self-Paced Modules & Quizzes are essential to prepare for live sessions and to successfully complete the project.
  Learn flexibly, at your own pace, between live sessions. Access asynchronous modules, hands-on labs, and discussion activities to deepen your understanding and apply key concepts in real-world scenarios. 
  Time commitment: 0.5 - 3 hours a week.
