We moved to a new platform designed to bring all your learning — cohorts, live instructor courses, and on-demand content — into one accessible place. This update makes it easier to discover content, track your learning, and earn recognition for your progress.
The new Adobe Premium Learning platform is live.
Our goal is to make learning easier to access, manage, and complete. The platform move allows us to:
- Bring learning content together in one familiar place
- Improve the overall learning experience
- Offer clearer tracking and recognition for completed learning
- Better support future enhancements and new learning formats
The new experience launched on June 1, 2026.
When you access learning.adobe.com on June 1, you’ll be automatically redirected to the new platform.
Depending on the type of learning you’re enrolled in, your experience may vary slightly during the transition.
Specific details for on‑demand courses, live sessions, and cohort‑based learning are outlined in the FAQs below. You can also reference the heads up email communication that was sent in May.
Your current and past progress will not appear in the new system. In email communication phases throughout April and May, we recommended learners to download your completion certificates if you'd like to retain record of completion.
Your enrollments in future live instructor courses have been migrated to the new platform.
Learners with an active learning subscription: log in to the new portal here using your existing Adobe ID or SSO credentials.
If You're Currently Enrolled in:
Live instructor courses
Here’s what to expect:
You received cancellation notices for previous calendar invitations or cancellation notices before your scheduled course. Those calendar removals applied only to the previous platform and was intended to prevent duplicate or outdated invitations.
Your enrollment remains active, and your spot remains confirmed.
On May 31, you received updated calendar invites from plsnore@adobe.com. Join your live instructor course by using the virtual classroom link included in that new calendar invitation.
How to join your course:
On the day of training, use the personalized virtual classroom link inside the most recent calendar invitation you received.
Email deliverability tip:
Learning emails and calendar invites will be sent from plsnore@adobe.com. To ensure you receive important updates, add this email address to your contacts or safe sender list. If you think you’ve missed an email, please check your spam or junk folder, as well as any filtered inbox tabs such as the “Other” tab in Outlook.
The virtual meeting room link to attend your training may change. Please refer to the most recent calendar invitation you’ve received, as it will contain the correct link.
On-demand courses
Your current progress will not transfer to the new platform. We recommend completing any in-progress on-demand courses and downloading your completion certificates before May 30 to ensure you retain a record of your achievements. While your past progress will not appear in the new system, all course content will still be available, and you will have the opportunity to re-enroll and earn new badges.
