Administer and Maintain Adobe Workfront I (formerly known as Introduction to System Administration in Adobe Workfront) is a 3-day, instructor-led (classroom or virtual) class that focuses on the role of the Adobe Workfront system or group administrator. This class is designed for new Workfront administrators who have been in their role six months or less. Sessions focus on initial setup, global system settings, and workflow creation in Adobe Workfront, including user creation, access levels and permissions, schedules, and notification setup. Workflow management topics include custom statuses, global approval processes, project templates, and custom forms. Put these workflow settings together to create a functional request queue with routing rules and queue topics. Agile and Workfront proofing are also covered, along with report and dashboard creation. You’ll learn how to create layout templates that help improve the user experience, and an adoption session shares best practices for increasing user adoption.

Create Reports with Adobe Workfront I is a 2-day, instructor-led (classroom or virtual) class that focuses on the creation of reports and reporting elements in Adobe Workfront using the standard report builder. This class is designed for anyone with previous Workfront experience who has the access to create reporting elements—filters, views, and groupings—or custom reports. This course, the first of two reporting courses, focuses on initial creation of the reporting structure, creating custom list reports, adding charts and graphs to reports, and creating custom calendars and dashboards. Students can expect a variety of demonstrations, hands-on practice exercises, and a use-case based workshop.

Administer and Maintain Adobe Workfront II (formerly known as Intermediate System Administration in Adobe Workfront) is a 3-day, instructor-led (classroom or virtual) class that focuses on the role of the Adobe Workfront system or group administrator. This class is designed for Workfront administrators who have been in their role six months or more. Sessions focus on more advanced topics, such as text mode reporting. We cover the basics and more of text mode filters, views, and groupings using hands-on exercises and additional non-class exercises for additional practice. We also cover text mode collections for greater reporting functionality. Resource planning and management is also covered, from prerequisite settings to using Workfront’s suite of resourcing tools including the Workload Balancer and the Resource Planner. Portfolio management is also a main focus with a session on portfolios, business cases and scorecards, and how to use the portfolio optimizer to prioritize your portfolio projects. And finally learn about Workfront’s robust set of integrations. Connect Workfront with the rest of your tech stack using native set-ups or venturing into API calls with Adobe Workfront Fusion.
