Welcome to your Learning Subscription.
You've received your All Access Learning Subscription (AALS) or On-Demand Learning Subscription (ODLS) welcome email. This detailed guide will walk you through how to access your subscription benefits.
Please wait to receive your official subscription access welcome email before proceeding with these instructions.
Welcome to a year of unlimited learning! Choose from one of 3 sign-in methods:
SSO method:
Activate your subscription access with your company SSO.
- Visit the course schedule and register for a course.
- You’ll be able to bypass payment once you log in with your company SSO.
If you are a new user without an Adobe ID:
Create an Adobe ID and activate your subscription access.
- Click here to access the learning dashboard.
- Click on 'create a new account.'
- Make sure to sign up with the email address that your subscription access was assigned to.
- If prompted, choose Personal account.
- If you weren't provided a Company Code, select No and proceed to fill out the rest of the fields, then click Continue.
- Upon successful login, you’ll be directed to the homepage of your learning account. You’re now ready to begin enrolling in trainings!
If you are a new user with an existing Adobe ID:
Sign in with your existing Adobe ID and activate your subscription access.
- Click here to access the Learning Dashboard.
- You'll be prompted with a Sign In screen. Sign in with the email address your subscription is assigned to.
- Upon successful login, you’ll be directed to the homepage of your learning account. You’re now ready to begin enrolling in trainings!
Step 1
Find live instructor courses in the course catalog.
With the All Access Learning subscription, you can attend any live instructor courses listed on our public schedule.
- Click here. This will take you to the current schedule of public live instructor classes.
- Choose the appropriate filter options for your learning needs, or search for the course title in the search bar.
- Click on the course name you'd like to enroll in, to read more about the course details.

Step 2
Enroll in a live instructor class.
- On the course details page, choose the region, date, and time that works best for you from the available class(es), and click REGISTER.
- You will be directed to a confirmation screen, indicating you've been successfully enrolled into the class.

Step 1
Find on-demand courses in the course catalog.
With an All Access or On-Demand Learning subscription, you can access any on-demand courses listed on our public schedule.
- Click here. This will take you to the on-demand course catalog.
- To read more about the course first, click on the course title to visit the course details page.
- Navigate back to the on-demand course catalog.

Step 2
Enroll in an on-demand course.
- Click on "Start Course" under the On-Demand column.
- The screen will re-direct to a confirmation screen, indicating that the on-demand course title has been added to your enrollments.

Step 3
Launch your on-demand course.
Once you're ready to begin, LAUNCH the on-demand course!
Closing out of a video will save your spot; you can resume where you left off. There is no specific timeline to complete the on-demand courses; these are self-paced learnings

Resuming your on-demand course later.
To pick up from where you left off with your enrolled on-demand course:
- Visit and sign in to your Learning Dashboard
- Scroll down to your enrolled course(s) list and click on the title of the course you'd like to resume.
NOTE: Do not bookmark individual On-Demand course links, as accessing these links may disrupt your ability to log in. Instead, bookmark the Learning Dashboard page, where you can sign in and authenticate to see your enrolled courses and pick up from where you last stopped with any in-progress courses.
